Charles Xii York

The Charles XII is the closest public house to the University of York, in the small village of Heslington. The beer garden is vast and is lovely in the spring and summer months, when the sun shines. The food menu caters for all, with the offers which we provide being competitive in any market, with a Monday Club, a popular Wednesday Grill and Curry Thursday. We have a great mix of locals and students. We also have a good range of between four and six cask ales, a host of ciders and an ever-growing wine list.
