"Dings Crusaders RFC is an English rugby union team based in the Bristol suburb of Frenchay. Providing rugby for men and women from under 6's through to the Men's first team who compete in the fourth tier of national rugby (National 2 South). A warm and welcoming club based in the state of the art facilities of Shaftesbury Park. Dings is one of the oldest clubs in Bristol, with its roots in a slum area of Bristol stretching back over 110 years."
