Terms and Conditions

By responding to this offer, you agree to be bound by and adhere to these terms and conditions.

Ticket Use:

The ticket provided is for personal use only and may not be sold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes.

One-Time Offer:

This ticket is a one-off offer for the specified match. There will be no future ticket offers or obligations. Confirmation of acceptance must be received by the date mentioned in the initial correspondence and no later than 24 hours after the correspondence was sent.

Travel and Accommodation:

No contribution will be made towards travel, accommodation, or any other associated costs. The recipient will be responsible for all travel arrangements and any costs incurred.

Ticket Collection:

You will be contacted, and consent to receive communication from Wasserman (a company registered in England with address 7th Floor, Aldwych House, 71-91 Aldwych, Greater, London WC2B 4HN) and email [email protected]. Tickets will be issued in the winner’s name. A valid form of ID must be presented when collecting tickets. Guests must be over the age of 18. If the tickets are not in a neutral section, the winner must be a supporter of the home team for the game attended.

Matchday Conduct:

The recipient agrees to abide by the stadium’s rules, the Premier League Code of Conduct, and any relevant laws during the event.

Non-Liability:

The provider of the ticket is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from attending the event.

Cancellation:

In the event of match cancellation or ticket issues beyond the provider’s control, no replacement or compensation will be provided.

General Terms

  1. Any personal data which you submit will be processed in accordance to FANZO’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.fanzo.com/en-ie/privacy-policy policy and in accordance with relevant data protection legislation including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the Data Protection Act 2018
  2. We will only share your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and as set out in these terms and conditions
  3. By accepting this ticket, the recipient reasonably consents to the Promoter using their name and photograph for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media. The Promoter will contact the recipient directly to request explicit consent for any such use
  4. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability, for any injury sustained, loss, or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; or any tax liability incurred by any participant. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained, as a result of, or in connection with this Promotion (in contract, negligence or otherwise) where:

a. there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to the participant;

b. the loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; or

c. any loss or damage or increase in loss or damage results from a breach by the participant of these terms and conditions or to the extent that the participant has failed to mitigate such loss or damage; and

d. any loss or damage or increase in loss or damage results from business losses, and/or losses to non-consumers and any other third party

  1. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or if any games are postponed or cancelled, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment
  2. There are no cash alternatives for any of the prizes in this Promotion, in whole or in part. In events of circumstances outside the Promoters control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar or alternatives of equal or greater value
  3. The Promoter’s decision is final in all promotional circumstances, and reserve the right not to enter into correspondence
  4. No waiver – the Promoter’s failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision
  5. This offer and these terms are governed by Irish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
