Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter & Promotional Period

The promotion will run between 20/10/2025 and 25/05/2026 inclusive (“Promotional Period”)(“Subject To Change”)

1.1. The promoter is MatchPint Ltd. t/a FANZO (Company Number: 07168721) whose registered office is at 3A Westbourne Road, Islington, N7 8AR 1.2. The promotion allows participants the chance to win a free drink, branded merchandise or match day tickets as defined and in accordance with the terms below, other prizes may be made available. 1.3. The Promotion is open to all Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding any individual who is immediate family of the Promoter, or its associated agents or anyone that is professionally associated with the Promotion. 1.4. For the avoidance of doubt, all decisions in respect of the Pint Predictor (including registration, deadlines, points, winners and game rules) shall be at the Promoter's absolute discretion. All such decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 1.5. The Promotion will open at 12:00 pm on 20/10/2025 and entries will close at 22:59 pm on 25/05/2026 (the “Eligibility Period”). 1.6. By entering the Promotion, the Participant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and be bound by them.

2. The Quiz

During the Promotional Period, the Promoter will run a weekly quiz on the FANZO app every Monday - Thursday giving Participant’s the opportunity to win a free pint of Guinness, branded merchandise or match day tickets at selected Participating Outlets by receiving a score of 200 or more on a quiz out of a maximum of 300. Scores are decided based on accuracy and speed of answer.

2.1. The “Guinness Quiz” will run every Monday to Thursday from 12:00 until 22:59 2.2. To be eligible for the Promotion, a participant must do the following:

  1. Register, or have an existing profile on the FANZO app;
  2. Open the FANZO app;
  3. Play the “Guinness Quiz” (“Entry”);
  4. Gain a score of at least 200 2.3. Neither the Promoter, its affiliates of the Promoter or Participating Outlets will be held responsible for technical errors that result in the Promotion malfunctioning on Participants devices. Human liability through the administration of this Promotion is specifically excluded. 2.4. Participants must have an active internet connection via 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, or equivalent to enter and play. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures caused by the participant’s connection. 2.5. All entries through third parties, groups, or agents are invalid. Any attempt to cheat, circumvent, or automate participation will result in disqualification and possible permanent ban from FANZO. 2.6. The Promoter, Partner or any affiliates are not liable for any costs incurred to the Participant via downloading the App or any other way linked to taking part in the Promotion. Therefore, the Participant agrees to accept these charges wholly. 2.7. Entries will only be accepted through the FANZO app.

3. Guinness Time - Prize of a Free Drink

3.1. There is a maximum of 1 (one) free pint of Guinness, or soft drink alternative, per Participant per quiz week of the Promotional Period to redeem in a Participating Outlet of the Participant’s choice 3.2. Successfully gaining a score of 200 or more will activate a voucher within the FANZO app that the Participant must display at a Participating Venue to unlock a free pint of Guinness between 17:00 and 22:59 that day 3.3. Participants will be able to request a soft drink alternative, subject to availability 3.4. All free pints must be redeemed before 22:59 on the day of the quiz, otherwise all vouchers are removed

4. Other Prizes

4.1. At various times throughout the promotional period, other prizes may be made available - these prizes include, but are not limited to branded merchandise and match day tickets. 4.2. Successfully beat The Guinness Sports Quiz by gaining a score of 200 or more and unlock an entry into a weekly prize draw to win one of these prizes 4.3. Successful winners will be drawn at random and contacted via email

5. Data Protection

5.1 By entering the promotion, participants agree that their personal data will be processed in accordance with FANZO’s Privacy Policy at https://www.fanzo.com/en-ie/privacy-policy and relevant data protection laws, including GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

5.2 Winners may be contacted by the Promoter to request consent for use of their name and/or photograph in promotional materials.

6. General and Winner’s Details

6.1. In taking part in this Promotion, a Participant will be providing personal data to the Promoter. Any personal data which you submit will be processed in accordance to FANZO's Privacy Policy, which can be found at here and in accordance with relevant data protection legislation including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the Data Protection Act 2018. 6.2. We will only share your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and as set out in these terms and conditions. Participant’s names may be published on the Site or App in public leagues. 5.3. Free drinks may not be transferred, delayed or exchanged. They cannot be extended beyond the day they are won. 6.4. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability, for any injury sustained, loss, or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; or any tax liability incurred by any participant. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained, as a result of, or in connection with this Promotion (in contract, negligence or otherwise) where: a. there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to the participant; b. the loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; or c. any loss or damage or increase in loss or damage results from a breach by the participant of these terms and conditions or to the extent that the participant has failed to mitigate such loss or damage; and d. any loss or damage or increase in loss or damage results from business losses, and/or losses to non-consumers and any other third party. 6.5. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. 6.6. The Promoter shall not be held liable for: a. Systems failures at the redemption of the handling house b. any failure to fulfil obligations of any third parties involved in this Promotion c. any fraud committed by any third party nor in an event beyond its control 6.7. The Promoter’s decision is final in all promotional circumstances, and reserve the right not to enter into correspondence. 6.8. The Promoter reserves the right to: a. amend these terms and conditions and, or, vary the quiz opening time; b. disqualify any entrant who breaches the rules in any way; c. cancel the quiz, at any stage, it in it’s opinion it is deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside of it’s control 6.9. All Participants in this Promotion must be of legal UK and Republic of Ireland drinking age and over 18 at the point of entry into the Promotion, and must not knowingly refer anyone to the Promotion that is not of legal UK drinking age and over 18. 6.10. Winners consent to any reasonable publicity accompanying the Promotion required on behalf of the Promoter and its partners if so requested. This includes displaying and publication of the winners names and images. 6.11. No waiver – the Promoter’s failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision 6.12. This offer and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Scotland and Wales.

7. Changes & Cancellation

7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion if events beyond its control occur, including the postponement, cancellation, or abandonment of matches, fraud, or technical failures. In such cases, affected entries will be void as per clause 2.5 and no prizes will be issued, unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Any such changes will aim to minimise impact to participants.
