About this location
The Washington Arms is situated in a wonderful village location. Sitting 5 miles from Sunderland and 6 miles from Newcastle so you can imagine we have some great sports banter. Great atmosphere even on Derby Day as we have both supporters in the pub. We do food all day every day so why not try our menu when you visit us for sport. We have some great deals on food and drinks .........come along
