We are located on the corner of Quay & Tantitha streets overlooking the Burnett River in the CBD of Bundaberg. - The Old Bundy Tavern (Bundaberg Hotel) is on the site of one of Bundaberg's earliest public houses - The Custom House Hotel. - The land on which the tavern stands was one of the first allotments bought when the first auction of Bundaberg land was conducted in Maryborough on May 11 1870. The purchaser was hotel keeper, John Foley. He paid 11 pounds. The license changed hands over the next few years. 1875 - Henry Stoward; 1876 - D. White; 1877 - R. Datson; 1878 - Mrs E. Baker. - In 1882 Mr M. Gadsen bought the freehold for 2000 pounds. In February 1888 the property was bought for 4000 pounds by Mr D. McKay.The license continued to change hands over the next few years. Mrs E. Ryan bought the freehold from Mr E. Bust in 1908, the licensee was Mr E. What's on and where to watch

The coastal town of Hervey Bay although famous for its pristine beaches, also has a strong sports history and culture. With a big AFL presence among its people, there is constant demand to catch the games. Paired with this, is an abundance of NRL and A-league fans and everything in between.

The only issue with the massive demand for live sport here, is figuring out where to catch the game you want. No one wants to rock up to a venue to find out their match isn’t on.

The solution, FANZO Australia’s number one live sport venue finder. Ensuring you never miss another match.
