FANZO (“FANZO.com”, the FANZO or FANZO app, or any other subsequent domain names as applicable) is operated by MatchPint Limited, a company registered in England (Company Number: 07168721) with a registered address of 3A Westbourne Road, Islington, London, N7 8AR (“we”, “our”, “us”, “FANZO”). These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to your use of the FANZO services in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE Users”, “You”, “Your”).

Definitions “You” means you, the user of FANZO. “We / Us” means MatchPint Limited T/A FANZO. “User Information” means the personal or other details which You provide to Us. “Users” means users of FANZO collectively or individually. “Venue / Pub” means any establishment listed on FANZO that shows televised matches / sporting events and/or is otherwise part of the FANZO services. “Content” means any materials, text, images, data, ratings, or reviews available via FANZO.

Service Use By accessing or using the FANZO app, website or other services in the UAE, You agree to be bound by this Agreement. If You do not accept the terms, do not use the service.
Modifications We may change or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will do our best to inform Users of significant changes. Your continued use of FANZO after changes signifies your acceptance of those changes.

Acceptable Use

You will use FANZO only for lawful, non-commercial, personal purposes, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
You shall not copy, download, reproduce, republish, frame, broadcast, transmit or otherwise use content on FANZO (including venue listings, images, streaming schedules, data) for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
You will abide by rules of any competition or promotion on FANZO. You will not create multiple accounts to circumvent rules or system limits.
You must not do anything that could undermine the security or functionality of FANZO, cause harm, or create disruption to our operations or other Users.

Content & Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the content provided by FANZO, or by our venue partners, licensors or third parties, remain owned by us or our licensors.
You may use content only as permitted by this Agreement. You may not extract, replicate, compile, reuse, republish or commercially exploit the content, or create derivative works without our permission.
If You become aware of misuse of our content or intellectual property, You must notify Us promptly.

User-Provided Content (Ratings, Reviews, etc.)

You may submit ratings, reviews or other content (“User Content”) but only if You are at least 18 years old, and You have visited the venue/subject of the review.
Your User Content must be honest, accurate, reflect your own experience, and must not be defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, illegal or breach applicable UAE laws.
By submitting User Content, You grant FANZO a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, modify, publish, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise exploit your User Content in relation to FANZO’s operations, marketing, promotions, or platform services in the UAE.
We may remove or refuse to display any User Content at our discretion, especially if it violates these Terms or UAE law.

Liability & Disclaimers

While we strive for accuracy, We do not guarantee that the information on FANZO (e.g. venue opening times, matches shown, promotions) is always up-to-date, error-free or uninterrupted.
We are not liable for losses arising from using FANZO, except where required by UAE law (for instance, in cases of gross negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct).
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, damages, costs or expenses, including loss of business, loss of profit, or loss of reputation, except as required by applicable law.
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable under UAE law, that provision shall be severed, and the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

Competitions, Promotions & Giveaways

Any competition, promotion or giveaway on FANZO in the UAE (“Promotion”) shall be subject to these Terms plus any additional specific rules for that Promotion.
Participation is limited to UAE residents who meet the legal age requirement (minimum 21 years, or as required under local laws for specific promotions).
Prizes are non-transferable, no cash alternatives unless expressly stated.
Any prize redemption, shipping or delivery will be conducted in accordance with UAE laws and may be limited to UAE addresses.
We reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend a Promotion for legal or commercial reasons, or if circumstances outside our control arise.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with FANZO’s Privacy Policy (UAE). By using FANZO, you consent to this processing.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

General Provisions

You are responsible for your own device, internet connection and for ensuring the security of your access credentials.
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of FANZO if you breach this Agreement or for other legitimate reasons (fraud, mis-use, illegal content, etc.).
You must comply with all applicable laws when using FANZO, including UAE laws related to defamation, intellectual property, cybercrime, media, advertising, and consumer protection.
These Terms & Conditions and any applicable specific promotion rules constitute the entire agreement between you and FANZO regarding your use of FANZO services in the UAE, superseding any prior understandings.
