Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez is one of the greatest middleweight boxers around thanks to his unmatched speed and supremely granite chin. He's had more 'big' fights than anybody else in the division and his win over GGG, at the second time of asking after the closely fought draw forced a rematch, endeared him to fight fans all over the world.
