The Castle

The Castle is a traditional pub serving quality approved Cask Ales and a range of lager and cider at reasonable prices. A friendly welcome awaits you in our warm and relaxing atmosphere. There's always something going on at The Castle, with TNT Sports & Sky Sports - you'll never miss a match. We also have our popular Pub Quiz every Thursday and live music every Saturday. The Castle is a proud sports pub, supporting local clubs in our communities as well as having our own successful darts and pool teams. This year The Castle received 'The Pride of Wales Award' from JW Lees Brewery in recognition of new Landlady, Hannah, and her family successfully changing the direction of the pub, making the pub more welcoming for customers and constancy in serving a great pint. The Castle boasts a range of four different cask ales, as well as being Cask Marque accredited, Hannah and her team earned their place in CAMRA's Good Beer Guide 2017 - an achievement which Hannah is very proud of. Hannah & her team await with a warm welcome and look forward to your next visit.
