Norwich fans, in particular, are very welcome (our owner is a big Canary fan!). We're a family pub and it shows. The Old Red Lion's setting is very relaxed and we have a famous fringe theatre upstairs, reflecting our diverse mix of patrons. Our staff will always do whatever they can to accommodate your sports viewing needs, so just ask and we'll be happy to help. We have two big screens, four TV's including one in the Private Beer Garden!The Old Red Lion traces its roots back to 1415. To celebrate our 600th (!) anniversary in 2015, we researched the history of the pub ourselves and successfully documented its history back to 1500! Quite amazing........we discovered that there have been three "Redde Lyon" buildings on this site since that date, which makes us the Oldest Pub site in London that is currently still trading !After 600 years we have got a lot right and pride ourselves to be true to the character of a traditional London boozer.
